Two separate car accidents happened over the weekend but police refused to give the media information yesterday, March 4, saying the police blotter was not ready yet.

A silver car with its windscreen completely smashed already parked by the roadside across the Ngarachamayong Cultural Center greeted motorists and pedestrians early Saturday morning. Traces of another car crash were also seen the following day by the roadside near the Palau Community College (PCC) parking lot.

Island Times called the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) several times yesterday and was promised to be given the information in the afternoon only to be told later that the information was not ready yet. Prior to this, Island Times also went to the Bureau of Public Safety (BPS) and the MOJ to personally get the info still to no avail. (Rhealyn C. Pojas)
