On September 11, 2017, Vice President and Minister of Justice Raynold Oilouch led his directors and chiefs of the Ministry of Justice on taking the first drug testing for the year as mandated by 33PNC § 1203. [restrict]

The test results came out negative for VP/Minister Oilouch and all his Directors and Chiefs. There were five (5) categories of testing for each individual comprising of Phencylidine (PCP), Opiates (OPI), Marijuana (THC), Methamphetamines (MET), and Morphine (MOP).

The drug testing will now continue until all Ministry of Justice personnel have undertaken the test. As can be recalled, the VP/Minister issued a ‘zero-tolerance’ policy for drug use within the Ministry of Justice. It is hoped that other branches of government would follow suit by requiring all government personnel to undergo drug testing. [/restrict]
