  13 Jan 2017

The Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) in Palau is pleased to announce that three scholarships are now open for applications.

Both fully-funded scholarships, Taiwan Scholarship, sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of Taiwan, and ICDF Scholarship, sponsored by International Cooperation and Development Fund, offer opportunities for ambitious Palauan students with great potential to study in Taiwan for undergraduate, master or doctoral degrees. While Taiwan Scholarship and ICDF Scholarship are wildly known for having nurtured dozens of Palauan students in the past, I-Shou University School of Medicine for International Students, a post-bachelor scholarship for students desired to become medical doctors, is anticipating more Palauan students to apply in 2017. People who own a bachelor degree with biology/chemistry related major are highly encouraged to apply. Recipients will be awarded with four-year full scholarship to receive state-of-the-art medical training in I-Shou University in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

Applicants are welcome to reach Palau National Scholarship Board (PNSB) for details and to complete the application process. They can also contact Jerry Liu, Second Secretary of the Embassy, at 488-8150 for further inquiry or find out related information on the “Taiwan Embassy in Palau” page on Facebook . [/restrict]
