The Palau Visitors Authority (PVA) started site assessment for the Alii Pass program on Friday last week at Anguar.
PVA’s role in this program is merely to add value where it is marketable and exciting to travelers and the residents without drastically changing what Angaur already has to offer.
According to PVA, Anguar has tremendous potential to become one of Palau’s ideal locations for travelers.
Kennouske Suzuky, the Angaur Governor, trusts that both the monkey sanctuary site and camping sites are a great way to start attracting tourists and slowly gain momentum for more positive initiatives. (PR)
