Korean language school starts classes

The Korean Language School in Palau will run its beginner, semi, and advance language courses from February 11 until April 29, 2019 at the 2nd floor of Koror Evangelical Church.

This will be the second time that the class is offered.  The course includes Korean language, Korean art, Korean cooking and other Korean courses that introduce people to Korean culture.

The class has had 35 students so far.  Last year according to instructor Sylvia Hong, the student from Palau won a grand prize offered by the famous KBS World SNS Event which included a visit to Korea, with airline and accommodations provided and a tour around Korea.

Classes are offered for free except for a small cost for learning materials and books and these are offered to all interested individuals, Minister Jeoung San Jin of the Palau Korean Culture Mission Center. Said. (PR)
