October 10, 2016 (Koror) Delegate Frank Kyota, who is also Palau’s IP&E General Manager, retired from his job in the fuel industry after 29 years in the business.
“I am retiring due to my desire to fully focus my attention on legislative work. After four years as delegate, I find that I need to focus on one or the other and as I work toward being a Senator, I hope that if I win, I will be able to focus my full attention on the Senate and business of the Senate,” stated Delegate Frank Kyota during an announcement and farewell reception held for him by IP&E and partners last night at Palau Pacific Resort.
