10 years ago, DeWill, a teenage high school student at the time lost his precious life to a drunk driver on December 23rd. This campaign was born that tragic day to prevent similar incidences from happening.
Every year since then, his family, classmates, friends and community come together to remind the public of such tragic consequence.
During this holiday season and the days to come, motorists are encouraged to designate a driver to prevent the loss of life, injury and other dangers associated with drunk and drugged driving. [/restrict]
