Deputy COS had a stroke early morning of Thursday last week and had to be operated by a visiting neurosurgeon from E-DA Hospital of Taiwan to drain blood from his head and relieve the pressure.

The emergency surgery was successful and he was able to communicate before he was transported by air-ambulance to Taiwan on Friday last week.

According to reports, he arrived in similar stable condition in Taiwan and is currently awaiting surgery to repair the ruptured blood vessel in his head. [/restrict
