CIP exec attends bridge maintenance course in Japan

Capitol Improvement Project (CIP) Construction Inspector Garrett N. Ulitch will be attending a knowledge co-creation program in Japan called Bridge Maintenance Course.

The objective aims to educate participants from around the world about bridge maintenance and management system including a concept of bridge maintenance cycle, understanding bridge inspection and evaluation by bridge types and circumstances, methods of bridge repair and rehabilitation by deterioration patterns, and formulating an action plan.  [restrict]

The course will run from February 25 to March 24, 2018 at the JICA Kyushu Center.

JICA Knowledge Co-Creation Program (Group & Region Focus) is a part of the Official Development Assistance of the Government of Japan based on bilateral agreement between Palau and Japan.
