POLICE BLOTTER – Thursday, November 9, 2017

 At 5:25 a.m. on November 9, Central received a call from a female reporting a man who was drunk and bothering her at her residence in Ikelau, Koror. Officers responded and arrested Travis Willy, M/23, for Disorderly Conduct. He was booked and confined at Koror Jail. [restrict]

At 9:30 a.m. on November 9, a male walked in to Central and reported that whi le he was driving in Meyuns, Koror, someone threw a rock at his car and shattered his rear windshield. Victim identified the suspect as McNalty Etibek. The case is under investigation for Criminal Property Damage.

At 10:40 p.m. on November 9, Central received a call from Bayside Bar in Medalaii, Koror, requesting police assistance to break up a fight. Officers responded and arrested Billy Riumd , M/38 for Disorderly Conduct and Assault in the 3rd Degree. He was booked and confined at Koror Jail.

At 11:50 p.m. on November 9, Central received a call from a male reporting a car accident in Ngesekes, Koror. Officers responded and found that two cars were involved in a minor accident. Jonghi Baek, F/38, was cited for Negligent/Reckless Driving.

POLICE BLOTTER – Friday, November 10, 2017

 At 12:50 a.m. on November l 0, Central received a report that there was a female who had been physically assaulted and was admitted to the hospital. Officers responded and found out that the victim had picked up her partner earlier that evening from a restaurant. On the way to Airai, the couple began arguing and then the suspect started assaulting the victim. Victim got out of the car and started running away. Suspect chased the victim with a machete, striking her back and arm. The case is under investigation for FPA and Assault.

At 12:43 a.m. on November 10, Check Point Officers arrested a 15-year-old male for Curfew Violation. He was detained at Koror Jail and released the following morning.

At 12:44 a.m. on November 10, Check Point Officers detained a male driver and his female passenger in front of PCC. Seiichi Aoki, M/32, was cited for DUI and Negligent/Reckless Driving. The passenger, Oilang Baustor, F/19, was cited for Minor Consuming Alcohol.

At 3: 16 a.m. on November 10, Patrolling officers arrested Roger Tatsuo for Disorderly Conduct. He was spotted throwing a can of beer at a tour bus passing by on the main road in front of MJ Burger Hut. He was booked and confined at Koror Jail.

At 11:45 a.m. on November 10, Central received a call from a male reporting that his house in Meketii , Koror, had been burglarized. Officers responded and interviewed the victim who alleged that someone broke the lock on his main door to gain entry and then took two flat screen TVs. The case is under investigation for Burglary and Theft.

At 1 :55 p.m. on November 10, a female walked in to Central to report that there was a male who had been repeatedly peeking into the windows at the building where she lives in Meyuns, Koror. The female provided a copy of CCTV footage that captured the male peeking in the windows.

The case is under investigation.

POLICE BLOTTER – Saturday, November 11, 2017

 At l: 00 a.m. on November 11, Central received a call from the bouncer at Taj Restaurant reporting a fight between two Chinese females. Officers responded and arrested Chen Xin Ouyang, F/22, and Chen Yong, F/41 for Disorderly Conduct. They were booked and confined at Koror Jail.

At 3:40 a.m. on November 11, Central received a report of a car accident at Bern Ermii in Koror. Officers responded and arrested Samuel Sanders, M/54 for DUI and Negligent/Reckless Driving. He was booked and confined at Koror Jail.

At 4:56 a.m. on November 11, Central received a report of a vehicle in the water at T-Dock with passenger(s) trapped inside. A Palauan male was pulled out of the water and transported by ambulance to the hospital. Donny Elewel, M/4 1, was pronounced dead at 5:54 a.m. Case is under investigation.

At 9:55 a.m. on November 11, Central received a report of a car accident at the Ben Franklin parking lot. Officers responded and cited Roman Bedor, M/67, for Negligent/Reckless Driving.

At 9:16 p.m. on November 11, patrolling officers pulled over a van with no license plate in front of Rainbow Mart in Medalaii, Koror. The van had reportedly passed several cars in front of Palau High School. Felizaro Luci Linga, M/40, was arrested for DUI and Negligent/Reckless Driving. He was booked and confined at Koror Jail.

At 10:00 p.m. on November 11, Central received a call from a male reporting a fight at his residence in Meyuns, Koror. Officers responded to find that the suspect had beaten up three victims and then fled. One of the victims was transported to the hospital for medical treatment. The case is still under investigation for Assault in the 2″d Degree and Disorderly Conduct.

POLICE BLOTTER – Sunday, November 12, 2017

 At 12:26 a.m. on Novem ber 12, Central received a call from a female reporting a drunk male at a residence in Ngerkesoao l, Koror. Officers responded and arrested Malsol Kumangai, M/34, for Disorderly Conduct. He was booked and confined at Koror Jail.

At 12:50 a.m. on November 12, Central received a call from a female reporting that Rozer

Tatsuo was fighting with his wife at their house in lkelau, Koror. Officers responded and arrested Rozer Tatsuo, M/37, for FPA and Assault. He was booked and confined at Koror Jail.

At 3:05 a.m. on November 12, a male walked in to Central to report that his wallet had gone

missing while he was at the Bulgary Night Club in Malakai, Koror. The male was intoxicated so he was told to come back when he was sober to submit a written statement.

At 3: 16 a.m. on November 12, Central received a call from a female reporting that someone had damaged her car while she was at Bern Ermii in Koror. Officers responded and were told that a vehicle with Koror plate #2K3299 had reversed out of the parking lot and hit the victim’s car, and then drove off. The case is under investigation for Negligent/Reckless Driving.

At 8:20 p.m. on November 12, Central received a call from a male reporting that Curtis Ngiralbong was drunk and argumentative at Echang Road in Meyuns. Officers responded and arrested Curtis Ngira lbong, M/43, for Disorderly Conduct. He was booked and confined at Koror Jail.

At 10:40 p.m. on Novembe r 12, Central received a call from a female reporting that Rebechong Oiterong was drunk at a residence in Meyuns, Koror and was bothering the family there. Officers responded but the suspect had fled. The same female called Central again and told officers that the suspect was now inside the house arguing with family members. Officers responded and arrested Rebechong Oiterong, M/26, for Disorderly Conduct. He was booked and confined at Koror Jail.

At 10:56 p.m. on November  12, Central received a call from Topside Blue Bay Gas Station about a vehicle accident in the parking lot. Officers responded and found that a car had hit a parked company car and then drove off.  Suspect was identified as Devon Ongrung, M/23. Case is under investigation for Negligent/Reckless  Driving.

At 11:10 p.m. on November  12, Central received a call from Paradise Hotel in Ngetkib, Airai, reporting that a guest had drowned in the swimming pool. Officers responded and learned that the victim was a Chinese female guest of the hotel who did not know how to swim. The victim was transported to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. The case is under investigation.

POLICE BLOTTER – Monday, November 13, 2017

 At 8:06 a.m. on November 13, Central received a report that the CIP Office in Malakai had been burglari zed. Officers responded and learned that unknown suspect(s) had made a hole in the plywood wall to gain entry. Suspect(s) took a CPU, keyboard, mouse and extension cord. The case was transferred to CID.

At 8:08 a.m. on November 13, Central received a call from a PCC employee reporting a break-in at the PCC Dormitory. Officers responded and learned that one of the male students woke up to find his laptop and cell phone missing. When he was looking for his missing items, he heard his cell phone alarm go off in the suspect’s room. Officers arrested Kasaki William, M/21, for Burglary and Theft. He was booked and confined at Koror Jail.

At 8:17 a.m. on November 13, Central received a report of a traffic accident in front of NECO Plaza in Medalaii , Koror. Antero Boisek, M/53, was cited for Negligent/Reckless Driving.

At 11:30 a.m. on November 13, Central received a call from a male employee at PCC reporting that he had detained a male student who had been drinking the night before and had punched the wall of his room. Officers responded and arrested Bellarmy Fagoweyalo, M/23, for Disorderly Conduct. He was booked and confined at Koror Jail.

POLICE BLOTTER – Tuesday, November 14, 2017

 At 5:12 p.m. on November 14, Central received a request for assistance at the Surangel & Son’s parking lot due to a drunk male who was causing traffic congestion. Officers responded and atTested Stallone Suong, M/21 , for Disorderly Conduct. He was booked and confined at Koror Jail.

POLICE BLOTTER – Wednesday, November 15, 2017

 At 8:05 a.m. on November 15, Central received a report of a burglary at the RHL Service Office in Meketii, Koror. Officers responded and found that unknown suspect(s) had entered the  building through a back window and had taken a computer, flash drives, router, and a cell phone .

The case was transferred to CID.

At 8:20 a.m. on November 15, a male walked in to Central to report a case of harassment. The victim stated that another male has been harassing him and threatening to beat him up since the day before. Earlier that morning, the suspect had allegedly thrown a rock at the victim’s house and then threatened to beat him up sometime in the future. The case is under investigation.

At 10:15 a.m. on November 15, Central received a call from a male reporting an attempted burglary at a tire shop in Meketii, Koror. Officers responded and found that the night before, a suspect had broken the porch light and then tried to break in the door unsuccessfully. The case is under investigation for Criminal Property Damage.

At 4:46 p.m. on November 15, Central received a call from a female requesting police assistance at her barracks in Malakai, Koror, due to a domestic dispute. Officers responded and cited Maricar Avendano, F/33, for Disorderly Conduct. [/restrict]
