Despite public announcements in all media outlets and social media, no word of her whereabouts has surfaced. According to sources, the police has interviewed the husband twice and searched his vehicle and no substantial leads have come out.
The growing pessimism in the community is leaning toward foul play as the case grows colder with no further information coming out.
This is the first such disappearance of a person in Palau that can’t be easily explained. Other three reported disappearance cases involved 2 people that went missing at sea and another was of a mentally ill person wandering into the jungle in Babeldaob and was not found. [/restrict]
