Two Filipino nationals were dead and one Filipina survived when the flatbed truck they were riding on went off course and fell off to the sea Sunday dawn, September 29.

Public Safety Director Aloysius Alonz said that their initial report revealed that the three Filipino nationals were headed to the T-dock area when their truck went off course and fell off to the sea.

Police identified the dead men as Filipino nationals Malilong Ronnie and Lanuza Richard while the survivor was identified as Rhea Tamayo.

According to the initial report of the police, the three foreigners were riding on a flatbed truck when it went off-road and hit a boat’s tent before the vehicle dived into the sea.

The police’s initial report bared that the two men died due to drowning while the female managed to survive.
